A Newly Single Life

So recently my relationship ended. There is a lot to cover in that respect and maybe I’ll write about it some day, but today is not that day. Today I want to talk about this new chapter in my life as I’ll be dating as a single mum.

So far I’ve had one date. Which did not go terribly but I will not be seeing that guy again. It did not go badly, but you know when someone just is not your type? It was that kind of date. After that, I figured it could probably help to discuss my dating life on here and share any tips and tricks I come across as a single mum.

The last time I dated was nearly 3 years ago, and even then it was not easy. Now it’s made even harder by having very little to no childcare. I’m already struggling with date ideas since realistically I’ll likely have to bring my kids along unless I can find someone to watch them. So if anyone has any tips for dating as a single mum I am all ears!

So in this series, I’ll be chatting about apps that I use and find useful, including reviews of the ones I’ve been using most regularly. So look out for app reviews, advice on best opening lines and even advice on dating and safety tips for anyone else dipping their toes back into the dating world!
